Support Kraft Foods
Well, the religious freaks are at it again. They want to boycott craft foods (but how will they make grilled cheese sandwhiches...) because they're a financial supporter of the gay games in 2006. Not because they're sponsoring gay athletes in the olympics where straight people could be exposed to the evils of homosexuality, the gay games. Our games, which should not have any of those homophobes at anyway. Tell me how this affects them? They just can't leave stuff alone that they have no business messing with. It's insane. Way to go kraft...now just don't backout because a few people are trying to boycott. I'm sure they'll stop once they're kids bitch about their cheese tasting wrong. Hmmm...that wasn't very nice. Oh well...Fuck them. Let them boycott, it's their right. I can just think they're stupid for believing all of their anti gay propoganda, cause that's my right. ha!

Hi, I came to say congratulations for winning blogbywomen's fave blog for religion and spirituality :) I was also nominated, but I see why you deserve the recognition, and more :) I hope to read more of your site :)
Thank you, that's sweet. But in the end, what does it mean to be a favorite anyway? Not much...your blog is quite interesting...just keep writing :-)
if americans tried to stop buying products because their manufacturer's political views and wrong doings they could buy practically nothing.
i know some people live this way (buy free trade and all that) but they are only making a difference for themselves personally, and not the world unfortunately. (and one could argue that the extra expense of these products could be donated to the countries in need).
it's really hard to be conscious of these things. but if there is any reason to boycott kraft, there are enough REAL issues to choose from instead of domestic political views. (a quick search yielded: Kraft is owned by Altria, which also owns Philip Morris, a tobacco company).
and for that matter, there are enough OTHER companies that are much worse.
leila
that's quite true. I've tried to boycott occasionally, but it's so pointless. How much do we really know about any companies? And in the end, you have to decide if it's more important to have their particular product or to make a personal statement that I'm sure they are not getting anyway.
